From the Frontline: Discerning the Will of God in a World of Deception
In order to understand the Will of God, it is essential that we recognise the Voice of God. We cannot do His Will if we cannot discern His Voice from the clamor of peer pressure, the noise of the world and the cacophony of our emotions.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and depart from evil.”

From the Frontline: Wild Fires in Cape Town
This week, Hunter and I report back on the Reformation 500 Conscience Captive to the Word of God Conference and the wild fires that have raged on the slopes of the Table Mountain National Park. What is the situation? How much damage has been done by the wild fires? Will the historic monuments such as the oldest windmill in South Africa be rebuilt? What does the Bible say concerning our responsibility to care for God’s Creation? What is the Biblical teaching on Restitution, when it comes to fires started by human error, or malice? What are some of the Declarations that came out of the Reformation 500 Conference?
“…See how great a forest a little fire kindles!”

From the Frontline: Identifying the Threats That Confront Us
This week Hunter and I seek to understand the times by identifying many of the serious issues confronting us which require a bold and Biblical stand. In what ways are the foundations of Christian civilisation under attack? What does the Bible say concerning our responsibility to respond to these challenges? What is behind this pervasive antagonism to Christian teachings and standards? In what ways can these trials and tribulations be turned for the good?
“In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honour and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ.”

From the Frontline: Learning from the Holocaust in Rwanda
This week Hunter and I discuss how the people of Rwanda soberly reflect on the holocaust which was unleased upon them 27 years ago, on 6 April 1994. There are still compelling questions which demand answers. How could such dreadful mass murder take place within sight and sound of United Nations peacekeepers without the international community doing anything to stop it? Could the holocaust in Rwanda have been prevented? What steps must we take to ensure that such atrocities do not occur again?
"…Should you help the wicked and love those who hate the Lord? Therefore, the wrath of the Lord is upon you."
