From the Frontline: When Authorities Abuse

How are we as Christians to respond when authorities abuse their power? What should we do when the protectors become persecutors? What does the Bible teach on authority, accountability and our attitudes and actions in times of conflict? With increasingly arbitrary decrees that are complicating the lives of millions, shutting down churches, criminalising free-speech, suppressing outreaches and crippling the businesses and livelihoods of multiplied millions, how are we to respond? What is the solution to the abuse of authority?
